No room for the carnal

There is no room for the carnal things of this world in the church. When we allow such things it enter in among us we take away from the true meaning of what the church was established for. Christ told Peter that upon the fact of what Peter stated that (He Jesus was the Christ) that this is the foundation upon we we are to build. If we are to truly build on this foundation we must at all cost keep the carnal minded ideas of man at bay.

Pro_16:25  There is a way that seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death. When we think we know better how to worship and act or that in some way we can make anything better than God has already given, we are turning away from God to our own lusts. Believe me folks we are reaping what we have sown over the last two thousand years. Simply look around you.

Not only has man established many of his own religions but those who are true Christians in a great many cases have become apathetic and tired of fighting the good fight of faith. This should not be! It is not until we again take up our swords and go back to battle that the truth once again shall be proclaimed.

1Ti 6:11  But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.
1Ti 6:12  Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses.
1Ti 6:13  I give thee charge in the sight of God, who quickeneth all things, and before Christ Jesus, who before Pontius Pilate witnessed a good confession;
1Ti 6:14  That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus.

We are charged with keeping the church pure not allowing false teachings into the assemblies not allowing ourselves to be drawn to fables. Paul in writing to Timothy stated it clearly and gave warning to all of us….. 2Ti 4:2  Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
2Ti 4:3  For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
2Ti 4:4  And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
2Ti 4:5  But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

It is sad to say many in the church today are being drawn away from the truth and we have to ask ourselves could we be to blame because we are not following the will of God as we should for fear of being outcasts?

I say cast me out then for I will not follow the ways of man and damn my soul to hell as many already have. I implore you to stand with me and the many other brothers who seek to do Gods will. If you are not a Christian come let us teach you what you need to be saved If you are one of the many who have turned from the truth and allow man made doctrines and actions in among you come out and back to Christ repenting and asking forgiveness. Live your life so that when the time comes you can say as Paul did…. 2Ti_4:7  I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
